# Values

We encourage our members to be their authentic selves, to be open-minded, empathetic, and compassionate. We have a laid-back attitude and aim to foster a relaxed environment. We seek to teach, learn from each other, and grow. Our goal is to broaden our horizons, build together, and leverage each member's unique skills to create the best possible community. \

The Guild's core values are transparency, authenticity, accountability, and excellence. Trust is everything in this space, we are nothing without it. The value of authenticity cannot be understated and is the only currency in the digital world that is worth anything. Being accountable and forthright is primordial.
